Dealer & Retail: Game Gear wants to make it right.  If you are not satisfied in any way please contact us.  One of our representatives will be happy to help.

Damaged / Low Quality Prints

Dealer & Retail: To get the problem solved quicker please send a photograph demonstrating the areas of poor quality or damage.  Include a brief description of the issue along with your order number.

We find that the best pictures are on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. 


Returned Authorization (RA) Number

Dealer: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number.  RA Numbers may be obtained by email, phone, fax, or mail.  Defective merchandise must be reported to our Returns Department within 30 days of shipment.  Shortages and mis-shipments (including wrong merchandise and incorrect colors) must be reported within 5 days of receipt.  Call tags will only be issued for defective merchandise and Game Gear’s shipping errors.  The Customer is responsible for return freight on all other returns and any refused shipments.  Merchandise is not returnable after 30 days.  Game Gear reserves the right to determine the amount of credit issued on defective merchandise and the level of responsibility of the purchaser.

Retail: Returned merchandise will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Defective merchandise must be reported to our Returns Department within 30 days of shipment. Call tags will only be issued for defective merchandise, Game Gear shipping error, and exchanges (exchanges are not allowed for customized products) of equal value of the stock order purchased.




Dealer Custom Xpress and Sublimation: Once an order is placed, you cannot change the quantity, size or style of that order.  You may create another order with the desired changes and the new shipping times will apply, but the original order is final.  However, you may make changes to the artwork during the artwork approval process.  Game Gear will not decorate or sublimate your order until you approve artwork through a written signature or an online approval.

Retail Custom Sublimation: Once an order is placed, you cannot change the size, name, or number on the order. You may create another order with the desired changes and the new shipping times will apply, but the original order is final. Game Gear will not modify a sublimated style that is available through the retail website.




The following does not apply to defective goods and Game Gear shipping errors.


Dealer Stock:  15% restocking fee will be charged to all returned merchandise.  The restocking fee will be waived if a replacement order is placed.  Samples kept over 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Retail Stock: No restocking fee for authorized returned merchandise. 

Custom Xpress: No returns are permitted

Sublimation: No returns are permitted.

Screen Print and Tackle Twill: No returns are permitted




All goods are shipped F.O.B., Salt Lake City, Utah and will ship complete unless requested to ship and back order.

Retail/Team Stores: All Retail and Team Store orders will ship complete and cannot be requested for back order.

Stock: Game Gear makes every effort to Ship merchandise by 4:00pm M.S.T. when the order is received by 11:00am M.S.T. 

Custom Xpress: In most cases Custom Xpress is manufactured and shipped within 10-14 business days. For orders over 500 units please call for turnaround.

Sublimation: In most cases Sublimation is manufactured and shipped within 15-20 business days from artwork approval for Team orders.  Team Store/ Micro Store orders are manufactured and shipped between 7-10 business days.  For orders over 150 units please call for turnaround.

Screen Print and Tackle Twill: 5-10 business days in addition to production time.




Stock: No Minimums.

Custom Xpress: 40% upcharge for orders of less than 4 units per style and per color. This does not apply to sample packs and fill-in orders.  Fill-ins must be placed within 90 days of original order to avoid upcharges. 

Sublimation: 40% upcharge for orders less than 12 total units on the order.  This does not apply to sample packs, Team and Micro Stores, and fill-in orders.  No time limit on fill-ins.




Dealer: NET 30 terms are given to accounts with prior credit approval; COD or Credit Card for all others.  A completed Credit Application is needed for credit approval consideration.  Game Gear accepts VISA, MasterCard and American Express.  New customers (without prior credit approval) will receive their first order COD.  All invoices given discount pricing must be paid within terms or the discount is lost.  Accounts with past due balances will be placed on credit hold.  COD accounts may not have drop shipments without prior approval.  A 1.5% monthly interest charge (18% per year) will be incurred on overdue balances.  The customer agrees to pay the cost of collection on past due invoices, returned checks, reasonable court costs and attorney’s fees as a result of action taken to collect on past due invoices.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

Retail: Stock & Team/Micro Store orders must be paid in full before anything is produced and shipped. Only credit card will be accepted. 




Returned checks will be assessed a $35.00 service charge.




Due to slight variations in the dying process, subtle color differences do not constitute defects in materials or workmanship. Game Gear will not be responsible for shrinkage or defects caused while merchandise is being imprinted by outside sources. Due to various methods of cleaning and laundering, we are not able to guarantee against shrinkage and color fastness of screen-printing.  Sizing varies with manufacturers and should not be assumed to be the same for all brands.  For accuracy, use our sizing charts and request sizing samples.  Sizing Samples are available for purchase.  Returns for ordering the wrong sizes will not be accepted.

Retail: Sizing samples are not available for purchase. Reference the online sizing chart to determine your size with Game Gear.




Dealer: Orders over $1,000 or booked 60 days in advance qualify for greater discounts and extended terms.  Call Game Gear Customer Service or your Sales Representative for more information and current discounts and buying programs.




We sell to authorized dealers/retailers.  All new accounts must be approved and opened through our local sales representatives or corporate.  Call Customer Service if you have any questions or need help with your account.
